Michigan High School Football - North Central smashes Gogebic [Johnston/Wakefield]

The North Central Jets (Powers, MI) football routed the host Gogebic [Johnston/Wakefield] Miners (Bessemer, MI), 50-6 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Jets face the Ontonagon Gladiators (Ontonagon, MI) in a Great Lakes - West (8 Man) bout, on Friday, September 15. North Central will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Gladiators enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 42-14 league win over Stephenson (Stephenson, MI).

The Miners (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against South Shore (Port Wing, WI). The Cardinals enter the non-league bout with a 1-1 record.
