The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Grand Saline Indians (Grand Saline, TX) and the visiting Rains Wildcats (Emory, TX), observed Grand Saline's football squad defeat Rains by a count of 33-12.

The Indians now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Eustace for a non-league contest on Friday, September 15. Grand Saline will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 41-10 non-league loss to Blooming Grove (Blooming Grove, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.
