Virginia High School Football - Halifax County crushed by Jefferson Forest

Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team rout the visiting Halifax County Comets (South Boston, VA), 42-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Jefferson Forest improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Heritage (Lynchburg, VA) to confront the Pioneers in a Seminole test on Friday, September 15. The Pioneers come into the test with a record of 2-0. Heritage won 20-6 in their recent non-league test against Appomattox County (Appomattox, VA)

With the loss, Halifax County drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Bassett (Bassett, VA) to confront the Bengals in a Piedmont test on Friday, September 22. The Bengals come into the test with a record of 2-1.
