In Friday's non-league match, the visiting St. Patrick's Irish football squad scored a big 69-0 victory over the Kimball Longhorns.
In their next game, the Irish clash with the Sutherland Sailors (Sutherland, NE) in a D1 District 10 (8 Man) match, on Friday, September 15. St. Patrick's will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Sailors enter the match with a 0-3 record after their 70-20 non-league loss to Bridgeport (Bridgeport, NE).
The Longhorns (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Perkins County (Grant, NE). The Plainsmen enter the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Perkins County routed Bayard (Bayard, NE), 47-8, in a non-league match.
