The Lincoln County Lynx held off the visiting Rancho Rams football team by a count of 28-21 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Lincoln County upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Lynx travel to Lake Mead Academy (Henderson, NV) to encounter the Eagles in a 2A Southern outing on Friday, September 29. The Eagles go into the outing with a record of 2-1.

With the loss, Rancho moves to 0-2 on the season. The Rams travel to Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV) to encounter the Rattlers in a 4A Desert outing on Thursday, September 14. The Rattlers go into the outing with a record of 1-1. Mojave won 56-0 in their recent league outing against Western (Las Vegas, NV)
