The Lincoln High Links football team (Lincoln, NE), was ripped 45-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Omaha Central Eagles (Omaha, NE)

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Elkhorn South (Omaha, NE). The Storm come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Elkhorn South trounced Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE), 52-14, in a non-league challenge.

The Links now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grand Island for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 15. Lincoln High will meet a Islanders team coming off a 21-19 non-league win over Norfolk (Norfolk, NE). The Islanders record now stands at 2-1.
