The Lutheran North Mustangs football team (Macomb, MI), was ripped 49-9 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish (Pontiac, MI)
The Fighting Irish (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Detroit Country Day (Beverly Hills, MI). The Yellowjackets come into the Freelance challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Detroit Country Day was ripped by Michigan Collegiate (Warren, MI), 26-20, in a non-league challenge.
The Mustangs now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clarenceville for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 15. Lutheran North will meet a Trojans team coming off a 41-14 non-league loss to Anderson (Southgate, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.
