    Poteau Pirates (Poteau, OK) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Metro Christian Patriots (Tulsa, OK), 24-7 in a non-league test.

    With the triumph, Poteau improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Pirates host Chandler (Chandler, OK) to confront the Lions in a non-league test on Friday, September 15. The Lions come into the test with a record of 2-0. Chandler won 21-14 in their recent non-league test against Bristow (Bristow, OK)

    With the loss, Metro Christian drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Patriots host Prairie Grove (Prairie Grove, AR) to confront the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, September 15. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-0. Prairie Grove won 44-22 in their recent non-league test against Gravette (Gravette, AR)
