Northglenn Norsemen (Northglenn, CO) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team run past the visiting Thornton Trojans (Thornton, CO), 49-35 in a non-league test.

With the win, Northglenn improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Norsemen travel to Standley Lake (Westminster, CO) to confront the Gators in a non-league test on Friday, September 15. The Gators go into the test with a record of 2-1. Standley Lake won 34-29 in their recent non-league test against Westminster (Westminster, CO)

With the loss, Thornton moves to 0-3 on the season. The Trojans host Widefield (Colorado Springs, CO) to confront the Gladiators in a 4A I25 test on Friday, September 15. The Gladiators go into the test with a record of 3-0. Widefield won 52-8 in their recent non-league test against Pueblo Centennial (Pueblo, CO)
