In Friday's league game, the Warren County Eagles (Warrenton, NC) football team knocked off the host Northwest Halifax Vikings (Littleton, NC), by a final score of 32-6.
The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Weldon (Weldon, NC). The Chargers come into the Tar Roanoke 1A game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Weldon was dropped by Southeast Halifax (Halifax, NC), 38-6, in a league game.
The Vikings now hold a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Wilson Prep for a Tar Roanoke 1A game on Friday, September 22.
