Maine High School Football - Thornton Academy tipped by Oxford Hills

The Thornton Academy Trojans football team (Saco, ME), was tipped 21-14 in Friday's league challenge with the host Oxford Hills Vikings (South Paris, ME)

The Vikings (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Scarborough (Scarborough, ME). The Red Storm come into the A South challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Scarborough was tipped by Bishop Guertin (Nashua, NH), 13-10, in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bonny Eagle for a A South challenge on Friday, September 15. Thornton Academy will meet a Scots team coming off a 45-14 league win over Noble (Berwick, ME). The Scots record now stands at 2-0.
