Ohio High School Football - Sandusky nips Padua Franciscan

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Sandusky Blue Streaks football squad scored a close 34-27 victory over the Padua Franciscan Bruins.

In their next game, the Blue Streaks clash with the Vermilion Sailors (Vermilion, OH) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 15. Sandusky will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Sailors enter the match with a 3-0 record after their 55-0 non-league win over South Central (Greenwich, OH).

The Bruins (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Salem (Salem, OH). The Quakers enter the non-league match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Salem was nudged by Canton Central Catholic (Canton, OH), 34-3, in a non-league match.
