Arizona High School Football - Pinon overwhelms San Carlos

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Pinon Eagles (Pinon, AZ) and the visiting San Carlos Braves (San Carlos, AZ), observed Pinon's football squad bounce San Carlos by a count of 47-8.

The Eagles now own a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Many Farms for a 2A Little Colorado contest on Friday, September 15. Pinon will play a Lobos squad coming off a 42-0 non-league loss to NFL Yet Academy (Phoenix, AZ). The Lobos record now stands at 0-3.

Coming up next, the Braves play the Alchesay Falcons (Whiteriver, AZ) in a 2A Black contest, on Friday, September 15. San Carlos will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Red Mesa (Teec Nos Pos, AZ).
