Louisiana High School Football - Westlake victorious over Welsh

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Westlake Rams football squad scored a good 55-27 victory over the Welsh Greyhounds.

In their next game, the Rams clash with the Vinton Lions (Vinton, LA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 15. Westlake will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 26-8 non-league win over Merryville (Merryville, LA).

The Greyhounds (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Hamilton Christian (Lake Charles, LA). The Warriors enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Hamilton Christian thwarted Highland Baptist Christian (New Iberia, LA), 26-6, in a non-league match.
