The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY) and the visiting Greenwood Gators (Bowling Green, KY), saw Marshall County's soccer squad get by Greenwood by a margin of 2-1.
The Marshals now sport a 10-2 record. They play next when they host Graves County for a District 2 test on Thursday, September 14.
With the loss, Greenwood drops to 5-3 on the season. The Gators travel to Hopkins County Central (Madisonville, KY) to meet the Storm in a non-league test on Saturday, September 9. The Storm come into the test with a record of 4-6. Hopkins County Central won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Christian County (Hopkinsville, KY)
