California High School Football - Mt. Shasta routs Weed

The Mt. Shasta Bears football squad scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Weed Cougars to 14 in the Bears non-league victory on Friday.

The Bears now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Yreka for a non-league battle on Friday, September 15. Mt. Shasta will play a Miners squad coming off a 48-0 non-league win over Hidden Valley (Grants Pass, OR). The Miners record now stands at 3-0.

Coming up next, the Cougars play the Fall River Bulldogs (McArthur, CA) in a battle, on Friday, September 15. Weed will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 14-13 league loss to Quincy (Quincy, CA).
