The Pirates now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Whitewater for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 9. Pike County will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Northgate (Newnan, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Northgate falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Ola (McDonough, GA) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 9. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 1-0.
