The Amber-Pocasset Panthers (Amber, OK) softball routed the visiting Holdenville Wolverines (Holdenville, OK), 7-1 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Panthers (9-15) will now prepare for their bout against Jones (Jones, OK). The Longhorns go into the non-league bout with a 11-14 record. In their last bout, Jones was routed by Noble (Noble, OK), 5-3, in a non-league bout.
The Wolverines now possess a 8-26 record. They play next when they host Ada for a non-league bout on Friday, September 8. Holdenville will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Amber-Pocasset (Amber, OK). The Cougars record now stands at 9-14.
