With the triumph, Lanier County improves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Camden County (Kingsland, GA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league game on Monday, September 11. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 6-4. Camden County lost 13-5 in their recent league game against Richmond Hill (Richmond Hill, GA)

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 11. Tattnall County will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Blue Tide come into the game with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Wilcox County (Rochelle, GA).
