Virginia High School Volleyball - Covenant over Virginia Episcopal School

The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) and the host Virginia Episcopal School Bishops (Lynchburg, VA), saw Covenant's volleyball squad beat Virginia Episcopal School by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Covenant upgrades its record to 5-1 on the year. The Eagles host Timberlake Christian (Forest, VA) to play the Tornadoes in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Tornadoes go into the bout with a record of 8-1.

The Bishops now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Eastern Mennonite for a VISAA Blue Ridge bout on Thursday, September 14.
