In Monday's league outing, the visiting Shikellamy Braves soccer squad scored a nice 9-0 win over the Jersey Shore Bulldogs.

The Braves (6-0) will now prepare for their outing against Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA). The Indians enter the PIAA District IV-AA outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Shamokin Area was overwhelmed by Line Mountain (Herndon, PA), 6-1, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mifflinburg for a PIAA District IV-AAA test on Wednesday, September 10. Jersey Shore will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 7-0 league loss to Central Columbia (Bloomsburg, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.
