The Quitman Panthers football squad scored 26 points and limited the visiting Northeast Lauderdale Trojans to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now sport a 1-0 record.
With the defeat, Northeast Lauderdale drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Neshoba Central (Philadelphia, MS) to meet the Rockets in a non-league test on Monday, September 15. The Rockets come into the test with a record of 0-0.
