The Lutheran Lions overwhelmed the visiting Arapahoe Warriors softball squad by a count of 18-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions meet the Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 14-11 non-league win over Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO).
The Warriors (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Grandview (Aurora, CO). The Wolves go into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Grandview was routed by Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO), 24-8, in a non-league battle.
