Regents Lions (Charlottesville, VA) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Appalachian Christian School Trailblazers (Waynesboro, VA), 4-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, Regents advances its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Blue Ridge Christian (Bridgewater, VA) to clash with the Bears in a VACA test on Thursday, September 11. The Bears come into the test with a record of 4-2. Blue Ridge Christian won 8-2 in their recent non-league test against Chelsea Academy (Front Royal, VA)

The Trailblazers now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Grace Christian for a VACA test on Tuesday, September 9. Appalachian Christian School will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Trinity at Meadow View (Falls Church, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-3.
