North Carolina High School Soccer - Western Alamance knocks off Cedar Ridge

September 8, 2025: Elon, NC 27244

In Monday's non-league outing, the host Western Alamance Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves.

The Warriors (7-0) will now prepare for their outing against Carrboro (Carrboro, NC). The Jaguars go into the non-league outing with a 1-5 record. In their last outing, Carrboro was overwhelmed by East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC), 3-1, in a non-league test.

The Fighting Red Wolves now have a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Northern Durham for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10. Cedar Ridge will clash with a Knights team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Person (Roxboro, NC). The Knights record now stands at 3-4.
