The Blue Springs South Jaguars triumphed over the visiting Grain Valley Eagles softball squad by a count of 9-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Coming up next, the Jaguars confront the Lee's Summit West Titans (Lee's Summit, MO) in a Class 4 District 13 battle, on Tuesday, September 9. Blue Springs South will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Titans come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Odessa (Odessa, MO).
With the loss, Grain Valley moves to 2-1 on the season. The Eagles host Fort Osage (Independence, MO) to meet the Indians in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 15. The Indians enter the challenge with a record of 0-2.
