In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Alden-Conger Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Bethlehem Academy Cardinals.

The Knights (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Nicollet (Nicollet, MN). The Raiders enter the Valley challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Nicollet was beaten by Madelia (Madelia, MN), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals meet the Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton Bulldogs (Janesville, MN) in a Gopher challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Bethlehem Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Central (Norwood-Young America, MN).
