Ohio High School Volleyball - Boardman over Poland Seminary

Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Boardman Spartans (Youngstown, OH) and the visiting Poland Seminary Bulldogs (Poland, OH), observed Boardman's volleyball team top Poland Seminary by a count of 3-0.

The Spartans (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Harding (Warren, OH). The Raiders go into the All-American battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Harding was defeated by Howland (Warren, OH), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Bulldogs now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Struthers for a Northeast 8 challenge on Tuesday, September 9. Poland Seminary will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league loss to South Range (Canfield, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-6.
