The Wildcats (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Clements (Athens, AL). The Colts enter the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Clements achieved victory over Rogers (Florence, AL), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

The Eagles now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lee for a 6A Area 16 battle on Thursday, September 11. Columbia will encounter a Generals squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Mae Jemison (Huntsville, AL). The Generals record now stands at 1-13.
