North Carolina High School Volleyball - Currituck County crushed by StoneBridge

The StoneBridge Cavaliers prevailed the host Currituck County Knights volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Cavaliers now possess a 16-0 record. They play next when they travel to Hampton Christian Academy for a VISAA Division 3 bout on Tuesday, September 9. StoneBridge will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Walsingham Academy (Williamsburg, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-5.

With the loss, Currituck County drops to 0-8 on the year. The Knights host Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC) to confront the Eagles in a Northeastern Coastal 3A/4A/5A match on Thursday, September 11. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 2-7. Northeastern lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Cape Hatteras (Buxton, NC)
