In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Hancock Owls volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks.
The Owls (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Brandon/Evansville (Brandon, MN). The Chargers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Brandon/Evansville beat Ashby (Ashby, MN), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Blackjacks meet the Renville County West Jaguars (Renville, MN) in a Camden challenge, on Tuesday, September 9. Dawson-Boyd will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Jaguars go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to MACCRAY (Clara City, MN).
