Illinois High School Volleyball - Johnsburg over Grant Community

The Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL) volleyball overcame the host Grant Community Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL), 2-0 in Monday's non-league match.

Next up, the Skyhawks battle the Marengo Indians (Marengo, IL) in a Kishwaukee River match, on Wednesday, September 10. Johnsburg will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 4-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over North Boone (Poplar Grove, IL).

The Bulldogs (4-11) will now prepare for their match against North Chicago (North Chicago, IL). The Warhawks come into the Northern Lake County bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, North Chicago fell by Antioch (Antioch, IL), 2-0, in a league bout.
