The Lawrence County Red Devils were victorious over the host Hatton Hornets volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Red Devils now sport a 14-11 record. They take the field next when they host West Point for a 5A Area 15 game on Thursday, September 11. Lawrence County will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Russellville (Russellville, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 8-11.

The Hornets (2-9) will now prepare for their game against Deshler (Tuscumbia, AL). The Tigers enter the 4A Area 14 outing with a 15-5 record. In their last outing, Deshler defeated Wilson (Florence, AL), 3-2, in a league outing.
