The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Pembroke Dragons (Corfu, NY) and the host St. Mary's Gaels (Manhasset, NY), saw Pembroke's soccer squad get by St. Mary's by a margin of 1-0.
The Dragons now sport a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Kendall for a Genesee test on Tuesday, September 14. Pembroke will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Northstar Christian Academy (Rochester, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, St. Mary's drops to 0-1 on the season. The Gaels host Kellenberg Memorial (Uniondale, NY) to encounter the Firebirds in a NSCHAA test on Thursday, September 16. The Firebirds come into the test with a record of 4-0.
