Mississippi High School Football - Alcorn Central held off by Falkner

In Friday's non-league game, the Falkner Eagles (Falkner, MS) football team got by the host Alcorn Central Bears (Glen, MS), by a score of 24-21.

The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Tupelo Christian Prep (Belden, MS). The Eagles come into the 1A Region 1 game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Tupelo Christian Prep was tipped by West Lowndes (Columbus, MS), 40-14, in a non-league game.
