Arizona High School Football - Apache Junction trounces San Tan Foothills

September 9, 2022: Apache Junction, AZ 85120

In Friday's non-league match, the host Apache Junction Prospectors football squad scored a big 56-0 victory over the San Tan Foothills Sabercats.

In their next game, the Prospectors clash with the Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 16. Apache Junction will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Coyotes enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 54-6 non-league win over Coolidge (Coolidge, AZ).

The Sabercats (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Eastmark (Mesa, AZ). The Firebirds enter the 3A Central match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Eastmark routed American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North (Gilbert, AZ), 36-33, in a non-league match.
