The Bacon County Raiders (Alma, GA) football defeated the visiting Atkinson County Rebels (Pearson, GA), 28-14 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Raiders face the Clinch County Panthers (Homerville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 16. Bacon County will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 42-13 non-league loss to Cook (Adel, GA).

The Rebels (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Seminole County (Donalsonville, GA). The Indians enter the non-league bout with a 1-2 record.
