The Trojans (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ballard (Huxley, IA). The Bombers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Ballard achieved victory over Boone (Boone, IA), 41-6, in a non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Red Oak for a 2A District 8 challenge on Friday, September 16. Shenandoah will face a Tigers squad coming off a 69-0 non-league win over Nodaway Valley (Greenfield, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 3-0.
