The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Glen Rock Panthers (Glen Rock, NJ) and the visiting Becton Wildcats (East Rutherford, NJ), observed Glen Rock's football squad defeat Becton by a count of 20-7.

The Panthers now own a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Manchester Regional for a non-league contest on Friday, September 16. Glen Rock will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 37-6 league loss to Waldwick/Midland Park (Waldwick, NJ). The Falcons record now stands at 0-4.
