Michigan High School Football - NorthPointe Christian knocks off Britton Deerfield

The NorthPointe Christian Mustangs football squad scored 43 points and limited the host Britton Deerfield Patriots to 16 in the Mustangs league win on Friday.

The Mustangs now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Morenci for a Tri-River (8-Man) battle on Saturday, September 17. NorthPointe Christian will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 44-14 league loss to Concord (Concord, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.

Coming up next, the Patriots play the Vandercook Lake Jayhawks (Jackson, MI) in a Tri-River (8-Man) battle, on Friday, September 16. Britton Deerfield will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Jayhawks go into the battle with a 0-3 record after their 65-0 league loss to Maple Valley (Vermontville, MI).
