The St. Aloysius Flashes football team (Vicksburg, MS), was beaten 33-16 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Brookhaven Academy Cougars (Brookhaven, MS)
The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Copiah Academy (Gallman, MS). The Colonels come into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Copiah Academy achieved victory over Oak Forest Academy (Amite, LA), 13-8, in a league challenge.
The Flashes now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Adams County Christian for a MAIS 4A District 3 challenge on Friday, September 16. St. Aloysius will meet a Rebels team coming off a 47-20 non-league win over Centreville Academy (Centreville, MS). The Rebels record now stands at 3-0.
