California High School Football - Coast Union succumbs to Sierra

The Sierra Chieftains thwarted the visiting Coast Union Broncos football team by a count of 48-36 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Sierra upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Chieftains travel to Tranquillity (Tranquillity, CA) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 16. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 0-3. Tranquillity lost 50-0 in their recent non-league outing against Le Grand (Le Grand, CA)

With the loss, Coast Union moves to 1-1 on the season. The Broncos host Santa Clarita Christian (Canyon Country, CA) to encounter the Cardinals in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 17. The Cardinals go into the outing with a record of 2-1. Santa Clarita Christian won 27-26 in their recent non-league outing against Villanova Prep (Ojai, CA)
