North Carolina High School Football - Olympic trounces East Mecklenburg

September 9, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28212

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Olympic Trojans football squad scored a big 53-7 victory over the East Mecklenburg Eagles.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A West Conference 49 match, on Friday, September 16. Olympic will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 1-3 record after their 56-8 non-league loss to West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC).

The Eagles (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC). The Ravens enter the 4A West Conference 59 match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Rocky River was crushed by Sun Valley (Monroe, NC), 30-12, in a non-league match.
