The Edison Eagles (Alexandria, VA) football defeated the host McLean Highlanders (McLean, VA), 14-6 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Annandale Atoms (Annandale, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 16. Edison will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Atoms enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 28-0 non-league win over Lewis (Springfield, VA).
The Highlanders (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Fairfax (Fairfax, VA). The Lions enter the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Fairfax defeated Langley (McLean, VA), 38-7, in a non-league bout.
