Texas High School Football - McKinney defeats Flower Mound

September 9, 2022: Flower Mound, TX 75022

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting McKinney Lions football squad scored a good 49-21 victory over the Flower Mound Jaguars.

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Little Elm Lobos (Little Elm, TX) in a 6A Region I District 5 match, on Friday, September 16. McKinney will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Lobos enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 42-41 non-league loss to Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX).

The Jaguars (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Lewisville (Lewisville, TX). The Farmers enter the 6A Region I District 6 match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Lewisville ran past Mesquite (Mesquite, TX), 44-7, in a non-league match.
