The High Point Eagles football team (Beltsville, MD), was ripped 41-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Flowers Jaguars (Springdale, MD)
The Jaguars (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD). The Raiders come into the Prince George's County 4A/3A challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Eleanor Roosevelt trounced Bladensburg (Bladensburg, MD), 45-0, in a league challenge.
The Eagles now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Parkdale for a Prince George's County 4A/3A challenge on Friday, September 16. High Point will meet a Panthers team coming off a 19-15 league loss to DuVal (Lanham, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
