Pennsylvania High School Football - General McLane smashes Franklin

The General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA) football routed the host Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA), 46-0 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Lancers face the North East Grape Pickers (North East, PA) in a District 10 Region 4 bout, on Thursday, September 15. General McLane will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Grape Pickers enter the bout with a 0-3 record after their 52-20 non-league loss to Oil City (Oil City, PA).

The Knights (0-3) will now prepare for their bout against Oil City (Oil City, PA). The Oilers enter the District 10 Region 5 bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Oil City walloped North East (North East, PA), 52-20, in a non-league bout.
