In Friday's league match, the visiting Sterling Golden Warriors football squad scored a good 48-21 victory over the Galesburg Silver Streaks.
In their next game, the Golden Warriors clash with the Alleman Pioneers (Rock Island, IL) in a Western Big 6 match, on Friday, September 16. Sterling will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
