In Friday's non-league game, the Grenada Chargers (Grenada, MS) football team tipped the visiting Hernando Tigers (Hernando, MS), by a score of 15-13.
The Chargers (3-0) will now prepare for their game against DeSoto Central (Southaven, MS). The Jaguars come into the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, DeSoto Central got by Briarcrest Christian (Eads, TN), 46-34, in a non-league game.
The Tigers now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Malvern for a non-league game on Friday, September 16. Hernando will battle a Leopards team coming off a 48-28 non-league win over Lakeside (Hot Springs, AR). The Leopards record now stands at 3-0.
