The Homestead Highlanders thwarted the host Nicolet Knights football team by a count of 34-7 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Homestead upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Highlanders host Hartford (Hartford, WI) to encounter the Orioles in a North Shore outing on Friday, September 16. The Orioles go into the outing with a record of 3-1. Hartford won 38-7 in their recent league outing against West Bend (West Bend, WI)

With the loss, Nicolet moves to 2-2 on the season. The Knights travel to Cedarburg (Cedarburg, WI) to encounter the Bulldogs in a North Shore outing on Friday, September 16. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 1-3. Cedarburg won 20-17 in their recent league outing against Slinger (Slinger, WI)
